I'm sure it's easy to spurt nonsense when you have blinders on for anything that is not Sony. Look at Mass Effect. Look at Call of Duty 4. Both of those games on the Xbox 360 looks just as good as anything in the works for the PS3.
Price slashing not instilling confidence? Sounds a lot like Sony's move earlier this month. Must be desperation for both of them.
Truth is, there are not enough people buying either format to make a difference. Both are losers at this point. The numbers of units in the market is so very very small, that a small sales push for HD-DVD would easily bring them into the lead. You people really have no perspective.
Dwyiing? What the hell is dwyiing? Your should sue your school district. In any event, it is so utterly laughable how Sony fanboys' blind love for a Japanese company causes them to get so invested into a high definition format war that does not pertain to gaming. What next? Going into TV stores and smashing all Bravia TVs? Setting fire to the Apple store because it's iPod competes with the Sony Walkman? Do you have any idea what a fool you are?
I just called Best Buy and they said that model is sold out in all of their stores in my area.
All Xbox 360s on the market today support HMDI for 1080p.
devoid of all logic and just blindly push the Sony agenda. First of all, you really should get your facts straight. Ridge Racer 7 didn't even come out on the Xbox 360. And thank God the Xbox 360 doesn't have Lair (doesn't that game average a review score of 5 out of 10). The Xbox 360 is more than capable of producing games as good and better than the ones you listed. Have you seen Bioshock? Have you seen the demonstrations of Mass Effect? Not only do Xbox 360 versions match that qualit...
Which one of you Sony fanboys said that the PS3 does 1080P and that the Xbox 360 can't? Here we have a fine example of the difference between the systems. The Xbox 360 version is in 1080p and the PS3 version can't even muster a solid 720p. When will Sony fanboys wise up and stop defending their console solely out of brand loyalty?
No, it is not the same game. The PS3 version has framerate issues that make parts of the game almost unplayable. The Xbox 360 suffers from no framerate issues. So as expected this generation, the Xbox 360 is the better choice if you want to play this game.
Where have I heard that before from a Sony fanboy---wait till next year. I heard that a lot last Christmas, and I hear it a lot this Fall. I can't wait until the holiday season. There are going to be more "wait untils" than you can shake a stick at.
Do you even believe the pablum you spew? There are far far more Xbox 360s in European homes than PS3s. PS3 sales received a bump this month because of the price cut, but like the last time Sony conducted a fire sale on its PS3, that bump will fade and the Xbox 360 will return to the top of the sales heap. Mark my words--November and December sales in Europe will be led by Wii, then Xbox 360, and lastly by PS3. How can a console be dieing slowly in Europe when it has the most consoles in h...
Ignorance is supporting a failed console (PS3) simply out a brand loyalty. Ignorance is failing to realize that the Xbox 360 provides a significantly better gaming experience than the PS3.
If Konami could turn back time like the game Timeshift, they would certainly have made their game an Xbox 360 exclusive. When they started development of MGS, they had no way of knowing that: (1) the PS3 would be so difficult to develop for just to achieve performance close to the Xbox 360; and (2) the PS3 would be such a bomb in terms of sales. Had it been an Xbox 360 exclusive, not only would it look outstanding, but it would have been released in the holiday 2007 window. I'm pretty sure Ko...
It is important gaming news indeed.
What a desperate attempt for sales. Poor Nintendo.
You really are an incredibly ignorant fanboy. I love how Sony fanboys make stuff up out of whole cloth because it makes them feel better. There is no evidence whatsoever that Call of Duty 4 looks better on the PS3. None! If you think there is, provide a link, fool.
The Sony fanboys will never accept the truth, but the simple fact is that the PS3 is a horrible device to program for. If you spend twice the money on a project, you can achieve results on par with the Xbox 360, but why would you do that? The Xbox 360 has a far larger market share and its market share grows every day in comparison to the PS3. Every game that is released these days for the PS3 was started before they discovered that the PS3 had tanked. Yes, PS3 was the lead platform for Bu...
I think that's clearly what is happening. There are very few third party developers out there willing to invest at this time in a PS3 exclusive. There are certainly some decent third party exclusives coming to the PS3, but those were started before it became apparent that sale of the PS3 would be so disappointing. I think there was an article a few weeks back about how Sony is having to beg developers just to publish mutliplatform now. No way they are going to be starting a PS3 exclusive ...
To #17: You nailed it. This will be a multiplatform title. 2K Boston have demonstrated experience on the Xbox 360. As we all know, the PS3 is much more difficult to program for because of its horrid design. It takes about twice the programming time to get a PS3 version of a game that will look almost as good as the Xbox 360 version.

@Mighty_Douche - you can cry IP ban all you want. It won't make the PS3 any less of a failure.
(1) EA does not own the developers of Bioshock. You are getting Bioshock (the game) confused with Bioware (a developer that has nothing to do with Bioshock). Bioshock is developed by 2K Boston, a subsidiary of 2K Games.
(2) Bioshock is not being ported to the PS3. The developers and the publisher have repeated that many many times.
Keep believing that. Your faith in Sony is all you have to hold on to now. Have you not seen Mass Effect? Of course not. You don't want to see or hear anything that doesn't fit neatly into what you want to believe.
